Idol Finale Lineup

Well, well, well. Canadian Idol's finale has quite the impressive lineup this year. Impressive enough to draw in viewers who aren't even invested in the competition. It's gonna be good, folks.

The two-hour finale will air at 8 on September 10th. Ready for the list of awesomeness?

Mariah Carey
I kid you not. The REAL Mariah Carey. Someone who's legitimately successful. (She's the most successful female artist of all time, apparently.) Hopefully she won't show up in a miniskirt best suited to a girl half her age. But I'm not holding my breath.

John Legend
See? I told you it'll be cool.

Hedley
Arguably the most successful post-Idol career in this country. I have a soft spot for Jacob Hoggard and the boys. So should you.

Brian Melo
Hey, someone has to pass the crown to the next champion. The next champion named Theo.

Jully Black
Finally, we get to hear this season's mentor do her thing. Because she does it well.
