Life After Idol: The Tara Diaries

Tara Oram may have only finished sixth last season, but she walked away with the Idol for a boyfriend (she and Brian Melo are still going strong). And now she's got an interactive reality show premiering soon on CMT.

In this exclusive CMT six-week series, premiering Sunday, July 20 at 9pm ET/6 PT, Tara Oram's journey into the country music scene is documented, but with every step and every decision, she looks to her community of fans at MyCMT. Viewers will help Tara decide on music video concepts, outfits for her music video, and even what the CD cover will look like!

She's looking for fresh and original songs for her new CD. She wants you, her fans, to write, perform and upload your own song. Tara and her management will choose 5 songs from all the submissions and then ask the fans to vote for their favourite. The song with the most votes may be recorded onto Tara's CD! It could be your song! How cool is that?!
